The sun rises, the military drums are playing, the enemy is in front of us, our swords are hold high and what do we see? Our enemies are we. This would be the imagery that I've got while listening to the first two songs
"Through The Gates Of Dying Memories" & "When The Dead Take Our Lives".
And the rest of the album isn't much different is constantly keeps a high level of epicness & beauty alive.
We could stop here and say that this is a very good ambiental release with classical influences, but then we'd miss another very important thing about this release. It's also very aggressive, cold and anger filled, with great riffs and not to crazy, high pitched, screaming vocals. It features beautiful female singing and some nice deep clean vocals.
Now to my final words, this album is everything but boring. It has so much You can discover and an atmosphere that's hard to find these days. If You like atmospheric black metal that this is something You don't want to miss.
